Game includes: *HELP* Function, Inventory system, interactive characters, painted backgrounds, extensive plot, Passwords (so that you can have a break to eat cheetos), sly commentary, and more.
It is a large game, the size reflects the content. It is NOT a simple action game, or spoof, or parody, but an extended mystery to be solved. There is also a difficult version, this one includes helpers and a better map. This also includes the new ability to use the arrow keys for movement, as requested by the reviewers!
As someone who has played hundreds of click and point games, this is a masterpiece with interesting characters, a great story with a creepy dark undertone that is very unique. Came back to write this review after over 15 years since my last play through, it was that good and I'm glad it still holds up!
This game is part of my childhood.
This game should definitely have a sequel. It has established rules around ghosts, it could easily work with a different story too.
god, i remember finding this game as a kid but never finishing it better late than never lol
